hi, im new to VB (intro to VB.Net in school) and love it. but our database is Oracle and most likely wont change to SQL server. so, i need some real in depth help when i comes to connection(s) to oracle.
in our class, connecting to Access is a breeze, but Oracle really isnt part of the VB dot net package.
So, any feedback - directions - suggestions - even references to supplemental materials would be greatly appreciated.
I've downloaded the oracle Client.Net package that i read about in one of your forums dated November 12, 02'.
thanks in advance for any support.
