Hola!
Creo que tengo aislado el error.
El obj. conexion lo creo en un EXE y lo paso como referencia a una DLL ActiveX; si el obj. lo creo el una DLL, no se produce el error.
En teoria, el Exe y la DLL corren en el mismo proceso, con lo cual no deberia dar ningun problema.
He estado buscando documentacion, de algun bug en el MDAC 2.6 pero solo he encontrado mensajes de personas que les pasaba lo mismo, pero ninguna solucion.
