Hi Joseph,
See my reply on your previous posting. You cannot uninstall MDAC at all,
because it is a part of Windows. What you could try to do is to run exact
same or newer version of MDAC, which you have on your PC and it should fix
the problem. In case if you have Windows XP with MDAC 2.7 SP1, you could
also run Windows XP SP1a (not SP1) to fix the problem
