Just wanted to ask about Materialized Views, Cubes creation also required
for 70-431 exam.?

There 40 Questions, covering complete course outline, few topic are very
important e.g New DDL Triggers, CLR Stored Procedure , Service Brokers,
Indexed Views, Database Recovery, Linked server, data import etc etc.

Time ?

1- If you mean Exam duration, it was 135 minutes
2- If you are asking time to prepare for the exam, then I would say you need
more than a month to get yourself prepared for the exam
