The Training and certification area of Microsoft web site is a good place to start. You need to determine whether you are wanting to certify in SQL Server 2000 or 2005. MCDBA is applicable to 2000. For 2005 you need to do MCTS and MCITP exams. The web site will explain the process and exam numbers.
