Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server 2000
Enterprise Edition ?

As far as I know, the test-takers are not allowed to tell anything about an
exam, not even the format :) However, before you take the exam you should
have the required skills, and thus it should not matter for you whether the
exam has simulations or not :)
