229 Exam preparation???

hi,
this is nidhi...
i am planning to take the 229 exam soon, its going to my first exam in track.

i have started studying its microsoft press book.
it is good one but after reading it throughly i didnt find myself much
confident to take the exam.

i wiil be very grateful if anyone can suggest me guidelines abt how to
prepare for exam in a right way, information about pratice papers...how and
where to get them .... for free or at low prices .

how many practice paper should anyone do to gain proper idea / confidence
before taking the actual exam and do they really give much idea about the
actual questions.... ???

any help regarding exam preparation /practice papers would be very
beneficial ....
