Hey all. How about a serious answer just for a minute?

I am about to start my training in IT. Been an end-user for years and
everyone keeps coming to me to fix thier computer problems. Most of the time
I figure it out but I have no idea really how. Time to get properly trained
and certified. Some of you said your certs aren't worth the paper they are
written on. Many others seem to be scrambling for a higher level cert.
Unsatisifed or not where you hoped to be? If you had to start over, knowing
what you know now, what training would you take? Please keep it clean.
