Honestly, there are plenty of sites out there that do what you're trying to accomplish...BrainBench for instance.

One major mistake is publicly promoting the site before it's complete; that can kill a site. I "registred" and found there were no questions in the ASP category, I'm guessing there are little to any questions in most of the other categories as well. Seeing as the site is incomplete, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt when it comes to the dozens of typographical errors (spelling AND grammar) I found on nearly every page I looked at.

Anyways, I've added the site to our DB and will be keeping an eye on it, but it looks like they're not even going to be related to our regular IT Certifications.
