uh, right.

look, I'm not saying that there wouldn't be issues as we have had all
kinds of "oops, we done put ya in jail when we shunna" things happening
up here. And I already think that I've been taxed to death for too long
(how much does YOUR gas cost. Does $3.80+/gal sound ok to you?). Still,
without even the threat of the death penalty, I think that we send the
wrong message to people. And don't even get me started on the "young
offenders act"..harumph...
