That is highly improbable. The only possible way may be to somehow
reset all the matter in the universe to a previous state so that
everyone's "perception" of reality is yesterday's. But in that
unlikely events occurrence, you still have the extremely unlikely
chance of me uttering that phrase.

Actually, it's considerably more probable than highly improbable.

In fact, the probability is very high that all of the matter in the
universe already has reset, the phrase was uttered or typed, and
various liquids and juices coagulated into a puddle of membrane like
substance which 4 year olds found tasty, with a delightful texture.
After that, the universe again reset, and a chinese man bought a
minivan in Las Cruses, NM, and said exactly the same thing you said.

I can vouch for the chinese man in Las Cruces, NM. I ran him off the road
at about 3:00 AM when I was sipping scalding hot coffee, lighting a
cigarette, and I nodded off doing 90 mph.

It WAS a nice little mini van.
