Sure. I use SORBS, SBL and SPEWS with Mailenable. A caution, though, SPEWS
is kind of heavy-handed(which I like, but your users may not). A good place
to go for advice is News.Admin.Net-Abuse.Email although if you think this
place has a high signal to noise ratio...well...

Another useful group is News.Admin.Net-Abuse.Blocklisting which is
moderated.
