Help...Where should I start?

Ok here is the deal. I am currently employed as a systems admin but looking
for a better job. I have a Novell CNA but want to get some Microsoft Certs
to make myself more marketable. I have been around computers since before
they had HDDs so I know enough to be dangerous but not enough to be
certified. What is the easiest test to get an MCP. (I'm looking to add
something to my resume) What certification track pays the most?? I have
experience developing small apps in VB and MS Access. I also have plenty
of hardware and software experience. Again enough to be dangerous but not
to certify. I am also open to other certifications IE Network+ , A+,
Security+, Etc...
Any suggestions on a track and or study aids are greatly appreciated.
