Quarters, flip-cup, beer pong, @sshole, and playoff basketball[1].

[1] Simple game, originally started by my old roommate Rob, as "playoff
hockey".

Pre-game, each player picks (or is assigned) a team. And a player with a
hard-to-pronounce name on your team.
Whenever your team scores a goal, your opponent takes a shot for whatever
number goal that is. Goal 1 is 1 shot, the second goal is 2 shots, etc.
Whenever your team scores a short-handed goal, your opponent must drink a
beer (this is in addition to the shots).
Whenever your goalie makes a save, your opponent takes a sip of beer (or
Zima, for the bitchez and ladiez)
Whenever a commentator says the name of your chosen player, your opponent
takes a sip of beer.

Quite an elegant solution to the whole "enjoying hockey" problem. :)

Playoff Basketball is even simpler.
Pre-game, choose a team and a player on your team.
Whenever your opponents team hits a free throw, take a sip
Whenever they hit a 2 point FG, take 2 sips
Whenever they hit a 3 pointer, take 3 sips.
Whenever your opponents chosen player hits a shot, double the drink you'd
normally take.

This game is even more dangerous than Playoff Hockey, and frequently results
in "Dude, I can't drive home, I'm crashing on the couch", "Oh man, I think I
just pissed on your floor", and "Your dog is kinda sexy."
