the 70-298 that i mentioned is a design exam. Its for 2003 but is acceptible
for MCSE 2000. I chose this one because it is nescessary for the MCSE 2003:
Security Exam. If I were to take the 70-220 and then the 70-227 then i would
have MCSE 2000: Security but would need to take the 70-298 and 70-???(i
forget) to get the MCSE 2003: Security
I'd rather forego the MCSE 2000: Security cert and plan for the MCSE 2003:
Security exam. And since the 70-298 is acceptible for a MCSE 2000 design
exam, I figured I'd take that, and then the two 2k3 upgrade exams, and then
the final 2003 security exam.
But my question is why does my MCSE 2000 certification planner from
microsoft say that i need an extra elective other than the two that I already
have and IN ADDITION to the desgin exam it says I need. It says "bumped up
by 1 exam" under the elective category.
