Difficult question. If you pass 217 well, it is pretty likely that you'll
also pass 219. I don't know of any people that have passed 217 but
failed 219.

How confident are you on 217? If you aren't feeling great about it, you
might want to use your freebie there. I say that because I'm pretty sure
that if you pass 217, you will pass 219 (especially if you take it soon
after).

Of course, others might offer different advice.
