Default mailbox permissions for Outlook/Exch2k3 clients

Hi,

The "default" permissions for folders on all Exchange 2003 mailboxes is
none.. I have a client that wants to FORCE everyone to give reviewer (read
only) access to everyone's calendar.

The end-users can surely go into their calendar sharing, and set the default
permission to reviewer, but there MUST be some administrative way for me to
do it for them programatically rather than depending on each end user. I
have searched all day for a script snippet or some utility that will
accomplish this, but haven't had any luck so far..

I really dont want to, but I may have to actually log into each mailbox
myself (300 or so) to do this..

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
