With 20+ years in IT, you would have no problem learning the topics
required for the ms exams.

One of the best things about ms is the amount of free information
about their products, you only have to look at the mcsd and technet
sites to see this. Books, there plenty of them, some good, some crap,
best see the reviews on amazon or barns noble.
