ShellyQ,
Tom Shinder is recognized as the authority on ISA Server 2000. While there
are a good many free resources, I would give his book serious
consideration. http://tinyurl.com/2w9f7 Amazon has the book. Not too
expensive and it is has the best coverage of the topic. I liked it because
it was easy to follow, understand, and excellent at guiding you through
installation etc.
Furthermore, the ISASERVER.ORG http://www.isaserver.org offers a wealth of
additional resources that will make the exam that much easier. All the
stuff here is free (whitepapers, etc) with exception of the application
filters that are linked to the website. You will find information on the
VPN deployment kit, Service Pack 1, the feature pack, etc. ISA Server 2000
really hasn't changed that much since it's inception a few years ago, so you
will find the application of the book relevant to your experience with the
product.
Practice exams, I am not all that fond of. However, I suppose any of the
major ones are going to be alright. I did have the opportunity to view the
CBT Nugget course for ISA Server, and will say that it's put together rather
well. For the price, you can't go wrong of 149.00. But see if they are
running a special or something. http://tinyurl.com/2fay5 It makes for a
nice review of information before the exam.
Personally, I am glad to see that someone here in this forum is willing to
take time to learn something, rather than rush through it or dump it. Good
luck.
