but that's the problem... even if we spoke to 50 HR managers we could get
different answers every time... I have read a LOT of articles from HR
personnel stating what they like and hate... some like cover letters/others
do not... some like one format over another... some want naratives/others
want point form... some want 1 page/others 2/most hate more than 2 pages...
no matter who you talk to, you will always have a hit or miss senario... the
job you have now could have been achieved because you wow'ed the HR
person... use the same resume/cover letter/approach on the next HR person
and they may hate you... there is no easy answer... I just go with what I am
comfortable with (I dont use words that I would normally never use in daily
life)... and I give it everything I have... then if I fail... there was
nothing I did wrong... I just did not meet those particular requirements...
