Lots of companies now try to reduce the number of resume they have to look
at. Pretty much anyone can copy a resume to match the requirement. But when
you have to answer a field related question, you will have to type the
answer in your own words. I would treat this question just like if I were to
answer this in a live interview. Resumes do not answer everything. Answer to
your question should be descriptive but not too long or too short. The
answer to your question you mentioned in your post should include your real
experience and may be something you accomplished using the servers tools
etc.
Answering with 'See Resume' should simply kick your application out of the
system.
