Isaac,
i have now taken the 215 twice and with no luck, MS just recently
started to change the exam, if you are seriously considering taking
this exam i would recommend studying some of 216 (network
infrastructure) and some of the areas you might want to look at are:
Network Monitor
Firewall/Proxy
Subnetting
and advanced DNS features
With the website and package, i cant ofer any help there, microsoft
sometimes has issues with the account info, if you are really having
trouble logging in then call them, the # is on the website. Thats what
i am forced to do as well, but the best of luck on the exam and study
hard for it.
