Went from a "System Support Analyst" with 8 MS servers, 3 of which were
Citrix servers, to "Citrix Administrator" for a project that is expected to
grow from 300 Citrix users to 6000 in the next 3 years.

When I started at the previous company, I was given the Citrix servers which
were the most troublesome system in the company, and I knew nothing about
Citrix when I started but had the MS experience they wanted (this was a
Novell environment). By the time I had left, the Citrix servers were the
most stable system in the company and I also obtained my CCEA certification.
When I earned it I was told there were only 3000 CCEAs in the world. You are
far more likely to make six figures if you are an expert in a niche, like
Citrix. Everyone knows MS products. It won't separate you from the rest.
