Re: Are there any non .NET C++ based certifications available from Microsoft

Angus,

The Visual C++ exams from Microsoft have been retired. They were a part of
the original MCSD certification, but were never popular - most people
preferrred the VB route.

Hello

I target the Microsoft platform developing in C++. At present I am not
really interested in managed code/.NET etc and just write native C++
programs. The Microsoft developer certifications seems to only cover .NET
and all the stuff Microsoft wants to sell right now. But what about us
less
'sold' people?

Is there anything from Microsoft to satisfy me?
