Are you sure you have secure/non-secure updates turned on for the
zone? Also, are you actually getting refusals logged in event viewer
or are you trying to validate the record exists by refreshing the DNS
console? I found the refresh mechanism for MMC doesn't always work as
expected. On several occasions I had to close the window and re-open
it just to see the record even though it was already added.
