Actually that is not true. Exams are not generated for individual users. It is true that the likelihood of getting the same exam is minor, but they are not just generated by user.

Nobody gets the same test and the test is generated from a pool of
questions at the point the exam taker is logged in. Every test is unique
and which test center you are at is irrelevant.
