My guess is that he's not. Considering 2273 hasn't been in B version for over a year now.

At the moment i'm installing the virtual pc course 2273B but the product ID
i have seems to be incorrect, i have today called to MS in the Netherlands
and they could not help me with this, i have checked the product ID on an
installed course pc and get the same ID, the other product ID's for the
Server DC1 en SRV1 are correct and i have activated these.
Can you help me to get he correct product ID so that i could follow the
course self-study module A to E.
