Which it can't. You're confusing the elective requirement for MCSA with
the client OS requirement. They are both required, and having MCDST only
fulfills the elective. The ONLY exams you can use to fill the MCSA client
OS requirements are 70-620, 70-270, and 70-210. Please read this link
(yes the same one posted earlier) for the requirements to attain MCSA on
Windows Server 2003.

Okay, the words are written in this form, but I thought by passing the
70-621 (after beeing MCDST) he earns two certs:
the enterprise support technician (70-622?) AND the MCTS Vista
configuration (and this is 70-620).


In the end he can't use the 621, but this included 70-620 cert to fullfil
the need of the client OS.
Or am I wrong in this?

I thought that this is the big benefit in making the 621 for all those
MCDSTs out there, that you can earn two certs in one exam ??
