approach. I have mentored hundreds of people who are serious about
learning and wanting to excel in the I.T. field. My advice and
techniques, however disagreeable to you, help more than hinder.

Add to that, a mentor isn't wishy-washy. You do more of a diservice to
those you are trying to help by being to soft when it comes to
fundamentals.
