Folder Redirection Questions

Quick couple of questions on folder redirection if I may.

Using the Advanced Folder Redirection option, folders can be redirected according to security group membership. What happens if a user is a member of multiple security groups, would a copy be placed in each directory, or how would one group be assigned the priority otherwise? I note that there is no option to assign an order in which individual groups take priority in the settings.

Also, is a local copy of the data still kept for redundancy (If I recall correctly a local copy of any user data stored on shares is downloaded when a user logs on, so I assume same thing applies here?

Thanks in advance for any responses.
