My GPO's and even the domain GPO do not work so I did a resulant of policy
(logging) on a pc & found this msg
Group Policy Infrastructure failed due to the error listed below.
The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
Note: Due to the GP Core failure, none of the other Group Policy components
processed their policy. Consequently, status information for the other
components
So I though my AD was screwed & reinstalled w2k3 ,but when I reinstalled
(clean install) I got this msg when I set my server as a Domain Contoler
Diagnostic Failed
The registration diagnostic has been run 1 time.
Warning: Domain Controller functions like joining a domain, logging onto a
domain, and Active Directory replication will not be available until the DNS
infrastructure for Active Directory is correctly configured.
The wizard encountered an error while trying to determine if the DNS server
with which this domain controller will register supports dynamic updates.

Details
The primary DNS server tested was: localhost.xyz.com (127.0.0.1)

I use a wireless hub who is also configed as a DHCP but Iam using the ports
in the hub & assigned static IP address my internet works fine on all pc's
