I would lean more to learning WSUS.

Study guides by reputable publishers do not violate the NDA because they
do not publish "exactly" what is on the test. The publish in accordance to
the skills measured prescribed by Microsoft.

Again you are incorrect in that this newsgroup is in violation of the NDA.
The newsgroup is a living entity; it cannot exist in a void. Those
participating in the newsgroup make a choice to violate their NDA, not the
newsgroup it self. Many of us choose to adhere to the NDA as agreed to.

If you read the original post, he asked if, " Has anybody take the exam
lately? are the Questions on SUS or WSUS." So the only way to take this
question is if you took the exam, he is asking those individuals to "...
disclosing, publishing, reproducing, or transmitting this exam, in whole
or in part, in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or
mechanical." And this violates the NDA.

Believe it or not, I am really just looking out for you. It may be
unwelcomed, and for that I apologize.

In answering this, the examinee would be violating his/hers NDA.

And the books of revision are violation of NDA ????
And this newsgroup is violation of NDA ???
