In light of all the NDA arguments going on here is my advice: Study for WSUS, because it is actually quite similar to SUS, only with more functionality and features. The way you configure it and the clients is pretty much the same. Learn the differences as well(ie the ability to install service packs in WSUS). Really I think you will be best served to study WSUS.
