Actually that is not true. You are not allowed to alter the title or logo
in any way and that includes adding text to it. There is however a
MCSA:Messaging, and an MCSE:Messaging. Changing your title to MCP:Messaging
is not kosher.
There's nothing called MCP-Messaging, but then, there's nothing written
against adding a comment after your MCP such as MCP [Messaging].
I've seen taglines that indicate how many exams towards an MCSE/MCSA a
person has, such as MCP [Pro, Server, .Net Arch, etc.]
No reason why you couldn't do the same.
You should be proud about passing your exams.
