No such book out there...but if companies could stick with a product
forever, such as Windows NT4, some would. I know of a few applications that
died on the vine and the last version was for NT4...and the companies out
there are having a hard time justifying the switch. Granted, some of these
are large organizations that have a 2003 infrastructure, but still have the
NT4 servers floating around.
If you want, you can always take the 70-215 and the 70-218. If you are an
MCSA on 2003, then a few hours with some study materials and a few hours
with a Virtual machine, as was mentioned earlier, should be time well spent.
