This isn't the type of exam where you will be tested on factoids you've
memorized. You have to be able to apply what you've learned, like in the
real world (only with crazy mixed up scenarios you probably won't
encounter in the real world). The exam tests your ability to think
through what you've learned and apply the best solution out of the ones
you are given to the problem presented. The best preparation for this
exam is to practice every concept in the book on a real live server (or
two, or three, or ....) several times and hope you have problems you have
to solve because that's the bet way to learn.
