I had about the same problem. I called Microsoft and found out I had two different MCP ID's. This happened because I first registered an exam by VUE and passed it. A second exam was registered with Prometric. Both compagnies send the results to Microsoft so two ID's were created and I recieved two welcome kits. I called microsoft and they merged both records in their database. Problem solved!
