.net, COM+, and SecurityCallContext

I am attempting to write a small COM+ app for practice for the 70-320
exam. I am using the "SecurityCallContext.CurrentCall" command but
when I invoke it I receive the error " No security context is
available." Is the SecurityCallContext only applicable for specific
environments?
I am running Win2k and would like to play with SecurityCallContext as
it is part of one the chapters in my book and I would assume will
appear on the exam.
