Is there any specialisation Cert?

Hello,

I passed exam 315 and i now fill more comfortable about solving various
web develloppement problem.
But i feel i'm still missing something.
I have been assigned the task to design and program an asp.net
tree view control. In my exam preps, i have came accross a chapter
on web controls but from there how do i create a tree control ?
Should not there be a cert for advanced stuff like this?
Does anyone know anything?
