No/yes. If you use 70-315 for the Web Apps requirement then you can't use
70-305 toward the certification. The only choices for the elective are SQL
Server, BizTalk Server or Commerce Server, so the following would get you to
MCSD:
70-315
70-316
70-320
70-300
70-229
