Is the SSO Database on the same SQL Server as the MsgBox? Could be you are facing a performance issue on the DB.

Hi !, I am getting the following ENTSSO error quite a noticable time on the
production boxes. I am unable to interpret the reason for this. Although it
is not hampering the work (if it is then I am not yet aware of it) pls help
ASAP.
