NCPDP E1 Transaction Support

Do HIPAA or HL7 accelerators support NCPDP (E1 in particular)
trasaction sets for BizTalk2006? I've seen this question asked for
older versions of BizTalk (< 2006), but nothing lately. WPC's web site
is dead too, so no info there.

If so, how do I get to an E1 schema?
