I build a Services to create a blank xml file in 5 m(in receive schema),this
file will set the host always on.

The host BizTalkServerApplication stops automatically when the files or
messages are under process. This is happening regularly (about 6 - 7
times an hour). It stops automaticaly and all the messages are
dehydrated. How do I set this host not to stop until manually told to
do so.
