The deployment wizard is used to take artifacts that you have developed and
extract or import to a new system. It is not used for the installation of
the server.
If you want to change the trust level, you need to unconfigure BizTalk
(BTSConfig.exe /?) in DOS to find out the correct switch to undo the current
configuration. Afterwards run it again and change the trust level.
Hope that this helps:

Hi,
I am new to BizTalk. I have some qustion. Could anyone answer to it
please?
Should I have to do anything with BizTalk Deployment Wizard after I
install
BizTalk?
If it is so, how to set up?
How to modify the BizTalk Configuration if I want to make some changes in
it?
In my case when I did the configuration I set "Create a BizTalk Host
Application : UnTrust " and "BizTalk Isolated Host Application : UnTrust".
If
i want to change them as Trust How can I do that?

Thank you,
Siva
