RE: Unable to register BizTalk Server in BAS Site

Usually this error happens when you keep your browser open for a long time
and the credentials time-out. Did you try closing the browser and then
re-open and try to register a BizTalk Server again?
Also if you just added yourself to the BAS Admin group then you need to
logoff before this membership takes effect.

Yes, the user is a member of the local BizTalk BAS Administrators group.
(
as well as the BAS STS SiteOwner and a local Admin )
