You're welcome. Yes, you're right there is no way to specify an application
when registering a BizTalk server.
Somehow I confused that with the BizTalk host that you select when
registering a BizTalk Server.
BAS uses BizTalk Application 1 as the default/unchangeable application.
BAS artifacts have to be added to the application manually if you want to
export them, that's 'by design'.

that did the trick !!
even though as far as i can see there is no way to specify an application
theBAS when registering a server, i just had to move the orchestration from
forTPMApplication to the BizTalk Application 1, which seems to be the
unchangeable default application for BAS.
this seems to be a bug in the beta 2 documentation and / or BAS beta 2.
Further the BAS artifacts are not displayed in biztalk administration
console, that seems to be a bug too.
thanks a lot adrian !!

When you have registered a BizTalk Server on the BAS site you have
selected
a BizTalk application (most likely BizTalk Application 1)
The orchestration used by the agrement you are trying to activate is not
part of the same BizTalk application.
You will probably have to move the orchestration to the BT application
that
you used to register a BizTalk server with BAS.
