It turned out that the solution to my other problem I had, solved this one

OK.
The other things to check.
You have added a send port
Enlisted and started the send port.
Added the send port to the Party.
Added the Party to the Rolelink specifying the send port.

Have you checked the Parties using Biztalk Explorer, does Partner1
exists?
If not was Partner1 deployed from the BAS Site?

I'm trying BizTalk 2006 tutorial, and having problem with tutorial 4 on
Trading Partner Management. When posting a purchase order by running
SubmitOrder.bat given in the tutorial, I got
DestinationPartyNotFoundException (full exception is as attached).
Has anyone else encountered the same problem and know how to fix it?
