RE: Biztalk 2004 configuration error btswmi.cpp(266): FAILED hr = c0c0

I got a similar error because my machine name was 16 characters long. The
NetBios name can only be a max of 15 chars so the config was failing with
'unspecified error' or 'unknown error' or something similar, if you clicked
Retry it was then recommending to run 'ConfigFramework.exe /u' at the command
line.
I fixed the problem by renaming my machine to a name with 15 chars.
