I am looking to import an XML file from a webpage on a daily basis, any ideas how to do this?

I would like to be able to import the following xml document on a daily
basis to get the current exchange rates, but I am not sure how to do it?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I am using Biztalk 2002
