Firstly I'd check if http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=839723 is your
issue. This is resolved in Service Pack 1.
If not, are there any special characters in the account name? Are you
putting in the User Name and not the Full Name (e.g. "DOMIAN\billti" as
opposed to "Bill Ticehurst")? Is this a local account, or a domain account?
If you attach a screen shot of the config screen with user-name entered
(before apply the config) and then the error message this would be helpful
(preferably as .gif or .png and not bitmaps :-) ).
